Today, Mercer Group operates through a centralized Quote Generator that automatically calculates pricing based on zip code, material type, disposal site, and internal rules — ensuring consistency across all quotes.

A key differentiator of the system is its simplicity.

The platform was designed to be clean, intuitive, and easy to use — allowing sales reps to generate accurate quotes quickly, while also giving the administrative team additional layers of control to review, adjust, and manage the process when needed.

FastCloud also integrated structured workflows through Action Items.

Requests such as new zip codes or pricing adjustments are automatically captured and tracked, enabling clear communication between teams and ensuring that every request is properly reviewed and addressed.
